BEFORE YOU REACH OUT

A few practical details.

Is this a fit for my business?

The checkup is designed for an independently owned restaurant or bar with one location and a specific operating challenge. The introductory call helps us decide whether this scope fits your needs.

What information should I prepare?

We agree on the relevant information during the introduction. For a labor review, this may include up to two weeks of sales, total labor costs, and a schedule with names removed. Share totals and process notes; keep guest details, employee identifiers, passwords, and payroll account access in your own systems.

When will I get my plan?

We agree on a delivery date before you pay. The review begins after the agreed information and payment are received.

Does the price include implementation?

The $295 includes the review, written plan, one customized checklist, and follow-up call. Your team puts the recommendations into practice. Additional implementation work is scoped and priced separately.

Will this guarantee lower labor costs?

The checkup provides practical recommendations based on the information you share. Results depend on your business and implementation. Recommendations consider service and team coverage alongside the numbers.
